CHICAGO CENTRAL AREA PLAN 2045: a 20-year roadmap for the continued growth of downtown Chicago.
We were delighted to work with the City and the consultant team in the analysis and visualization of future growth potential of the Central Area. Adopted by the Chicago Plan Commission in November 2025, the plan establishes equitable goals and strategies for improving downtown housing, transportation, economic development, arts and culture and other vital issues.
